I signed up for investing for my small business, he notified me he could help, he then wanted account info, passwords, then he wants me to wire him $250, i say i cant afford that, he then says $150, i say i cant afford that, then he gets made and says quit wasting my time...i talked to lady at us attorney generals office who said that all the emails i read her where very misleading, and it was a scam, he gave me no documents or assurance that he was legit, and the would be no need for me to give him money for a lending idea without a agreement first! Cost of me taking off work and emailing him, and all the text messages and info i sent him took time and cost me alot of money! I also got a email, that had scambook listed as a link that said they had also got scammed by this same email address and that it was a nigerian scam artist, with several emails!

- this guy i have been talking to is name james leach also and come to find out he started using my id to defraude others do not deal with hime or and silient investor using that email or anything close to it as he has changed it not and he cause and do not give him your bank info as he will tell you its his investors money and he will want you to send it to gauha for a deposit on his villa he will say and he will not talk to you on the phone he will text and email and says he did not take me for money except the money was transfer into my bank was fraud and the local police have the case and it will be handed to the FBI to investigate and the bank also has done some stuff on there end also so beware of any one using the name james leach or mike cota and sorry to anyone that he has scammed by using my name

- he is also using [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected] and he is still using my ID to scam people so anyone using those email account using any name to scam you he is a fraud and for the record my name is mike cota and he has reported and is still trying to defraude people and wants people to set up western union accounts and western union has been notified aswell if i get more of his email account i will post them also thanks and try not to be scammed by him

- hey michael...thanks for the info... your doing a great job...I am hoping the person really messes up and fbi nails them! It looks like that he has scammed alot of people, i got emails from craigslist from others, so once the get them it will be a big jail term!! you know any other government sites i can submit a complaint about them too, cause im trying to spread the word about this jerk!

- just look up scam list and post them there but if you get emails of craigs list from some one who wants to invest money and want you to send money to them post them here on this website i hope enough people do it so we can catch these people scamming people
