Despite being on the National No-call List, I recieved a text message at 8:45am,on 10/18/12, informing me that , "Your entry last month has WON! Go to BestBuyRaffle.com and enter your winning code 6207to claim your FREE $1000 BestBuy gift card within 24hrs." I've been warned about this scam by a friend at our local BestBuy (they've had numerous calls on this!), and wondered what, if any, actions, including pursuit of monetary damages, might be prudent.
