I CHOSE EVEREST BECAUSE THEY BOASTED THAT THEY FITTED THE BEST.
I WAS APPROACHED BY SALESMAN WHO SHOWED ME A SAMPLE OF A DOOR, WHICH WAS 1 INCH THICK.
WHEN IT CAME ABOUT THAT THE DOOR WOULD
ONLY BE HALF-AN-INCH THICK, INCLUDING THE WINDOWS I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
OF COURSE, THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN £684 AS A DEPOSIT, AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE REQUESTED RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT, THEY HAVE NOT SENT ANY MONEY TO ME. THERE WERE OTHER MISTAKES THEY MADE, DELIVERY OF A DOOR WHICH WAS CRACKED ON EITHER SIDE, THE WINDOW MEASUREMENTS WERE INCORRECT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICES WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH, AS THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY WITH MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE CANCELLED THE WORK, AND THAY HAVE DONE NO WORK, AT THE REAR OF HOUSE.
