I did a inquiry online for a payday loan. I was directed to a website to input all my personal information: name, address, bank info to find out the amount that I was approved for. I did not sign any document. Then the phone calls started everyday at least 6 or more times a day. I did not answer any of the calls. I checked my bank statement, and there was $300 deposited into my bank account. I called the number and was advise that I signed up for a payday loan. Once the money is deposited there is no way you can back out on it. I went to my bank to block any direct credit or debit from this company. Well I got zapped with a $90 interest fee for borrowing a payday loan which I did not sign. Please do not give out your personal info or bank account. Only a bankruptcy lawyer can help you, no one else.
