I Was contacted last week by this company offering to help me earn money on line. There was a discounted charge of $395.00 to get me started. They were to design a website for my company. Then, in a few days, after the website was completed, they would contact me with further details. Of course, at the time of the call, I was advised this was all it would cost me to get my company up and running. They would maintain it for me, I would be doing something with Amazon and another major online retailer. I can't recall the second one at this time.

Today, I received a call from "(Christian) he goes by David Bruce. After assuring me that, for an additional $7995.00, they could provide me with a much greater potential of at least $10,000 to $20,000 per month by the end of the first two month's. The first month, would of course, only be about $5,000, but I could expect to receive $10,000 per month, at least, after that. He then told me he would be having someone from their "Verification Department" call me back shortly. He asked for my credit card information, then advised me they could not get started until they received confirmation that my credit card would accept this charge. The person, from the Verification Dept." would be sending me docs that I had to sign, then either fax, or scan to my computer, and email back to them.

I told him that, due to our inclement weather today, I wouldn't be going out before tomorrow, and I didn't have a scanner. He said that was fine. Tomorrow would be okay to fax them back, but, it had to be done within 24 hours or they wouldn't proceed.

A short while later I received a call from Rebecca to confirm what "David" had told me. She gave me her fax phone number, sent me an email containing a "Receipt for Services", an "Advertising Disclaimer", as well as the 'BBOC,LLC Client Agreement and Terms and Conditions". Of course, they required that I e-sign these documents and e-initial them in a number of different places.

These are the documents that had to be faxed back to them.

The phone and fax numbers are:

C. David Bruce - (Personal Info Removed)
Rebecca - (Personal Info Removed)
Fax - 602-281-4556

As with the earlier call I received from them last week, they all told me their parent company is BBOB,LLC, which was apparently incorporated on 04/16/12.

This company "WEBENUE, LLC, apparently is listed both by Scambook and Complaints Board.com.

I am contacting my credit card company now, to refuse this charge to my credit card.

Please show my complaint on your website.

Signed: "Busy Grandma". The Website they have allegedly built for me.
