I got a charge of $49.95 plus a $1.50 international debit fee charged to my account 10/17/12. I called the number & got nowhere so I looked them up online. I called that number & spoke with 'Aaron' in India. He took my name & then asked for the credit card number that was charged. I would not give it to him. If they are charging me then they should already have it. He couldn't tell me what I ordered either. I asked what company he worked for & he told me they do customer service for over 500 different companies. That was the end of phone call for me. I called my bank & have to fill out a fraud report and get a new debit card. The bank assured me they would refund any fees involved with these transactions. This is just such a hassle.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • I am involving my bank with a fraud report regarding these charges. They should be refunding the $49.95 charge and the $1.50 international debit fee charge. This company seems like they are just charging random credit card numbers. They do need to be stopped. Thank you.
