WE HAD ORDERED A MEMORIAL STONE FROM COLECTIONS.COM ON LINE AFTER ORDERING A NUMER CAME UP TTO CALL ABOUT FREE SHIPPING ON IT SO I CALLED AND IT WAS SOME SHOPPING DISCOUNT THING THEY SAID CAN TO GET THE FREE SHIPPING I TOLD THE GIRL I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND IT WOULD BE CANCELLED AFTER 30 DAYS I CALLED AND MADE SURE IT WAS CANCELLED GOT A CONFERMATION NUMBER NOTHING WAS EVER SAID ABOUT THIS DC-TLG*GREATFN WELL TODAY THE ACCOUNT HAD MONEY TAKEN OUT OF IT.CALL THE BANK AND THEY ON TO IT.$16.99 WAS TAKEN FROM NATIVEWAY.SPCA WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION I CALLED THE SO CALLED DC-TLG*GREATFN AND THEY SAY THEY WILL PUT IT BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT IN SEVEN DAYS. SO WE WILL WAIT AND SEE.
