I DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS BEING WITH HELD FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER CONTACTED THEM IN ANY FORM. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT INTO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN PAYING $27.90 SINCE NOVEMBER OF 2008. WE ARE ON FIXED INCOME. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS. CAN YOU HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK? PLEASE!
