I asked for the trial pack for £4.99 this came. It doesn't work and they have taken more than £115 out of my credit card. I have tied to phone the cancellation line but no one answers. I have sent 6 cancellation forms to them with no reply. How can I stop them taking more money out of my account. This is a total scam.
