On October 11, 2012 I submitted bank account info to 3 companies or websites for a cash advance or loan, I was looking for a thousand dollars and was not filling out any info with any site that could not offer that. The three websites were dollar premier, Chesapeake Financial and 100 day loans, one of these sites had what looked like outdated software once my info was in it began to count the number of lenders it was submitting my info to this number climbed well above 30, 34 or so companies? I think it was Chesapeake, I read terms on each site and none stated that they would ever charge my bank account an app fee, I never visited Pacificadvances website or spoke to anyone from thier company until I found thier info on a manufactured, paper check, not an electronic debit but what showed up on my bank account website as a paper check that says no signature required? Since when to checks written on a personal account not require a signature. I called Pacific advances and the whole time I was screaming to them to provide me with proof that I was ever on thier site, whichthis can be provided if they trace the ip address it came from, that is if they are in fact not con artists and even so if they are who knows maybe they could manufacture that proof just like they manufactured a check that somehow my bank accepted, but the whole time I was complaining they would only offer a $100.00 gas voucher in an attempt to trick me into taking thier loan, this is down right predatory. The bottom line is that I never visited thier site to my recollection and if I was ever on it NEVER entered my info because thier site claims that thier max to lend is $400.00 I was passing everyone by that could not at least check to see if they could give me a $1000.00. If I go to thier site now sure it says they charge a $30.00 fee in thier terms page very plainly too, all the other sites I went to had long terms and conditions that I read over very well, it took me a while so why would I not read thiers that is one paragraph long. My advice people is don't apply for online loans or advances most sites are there only to collect a fee from lenders for bringing your info to them. Almost none of the advance sites I visited actually loan money themselves. So Pacificadvances.com, put our money back and get a real job, earn your money the hard way like everyone else and stop trying to get rich off of people that are coming for help and willing to pay more than fair interest over time so that they can get thier lives in order. Apparently those who run pacificadvances are not spiritual or religious, if they are they know where they are going.
