They called and want to take over my computer. They said it will only take a few minutes but it takes hours. I was told I needed a Microsoft Certified Technician. They now tell me they want to refund my money through Western Union but I know that to be a scam and ask for just any charge card #. They called today again & I let them take over my computer & they never called me back.I tried to call back & I couldn't get them because I was calling a Skype number.
