I ordered a red leather tote on web site from Michael Kors Outlet on Oct 5th and charged to my credit card. I received it today and it is not even leather and it has white threads sticking out every where. No quality to it! The packing slip is from Shanghai Geou Industrial co in Shanghai China. No address other than that. I have emailed the website but no response. The pk slip on the outside said shoes and jacket for 319... I ordered a purse for 80.00... what to do with the junk?
