On Aug 28th I ordered a radiator from an online company based out of Riverside, CA named buyaradiator.com. The item in question cost 197 dollars (including shipping). Though the website stated they were offering next day shipping the tracking number that I was provided stated that the radiator was not shipped out until the 8th of Sept. This was only the beginning of the issue. Over the course of the past 6 weeks ther have been emails and phone conversations too numerous to count, in those conversations I have been cursed at and threatened by employees of said company and generally blown off. I received the item on Sept. 27th only to open the box (which was perfectly intact) and find a damaged radiator. I immediately called the company and spoke to a gentleman that identified himself as John Harding. I asked what he would like me to do i.e. return ship etc. He stated that I should just hold onto it while he resolved the issue with USPS. As of this date there has been no amicable resolution offered, I have not received a viable product, nor a refund, or even a return shipping label with which to send back the package. I have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Our last conversation was moments ago where I offered the options of sending a new unit, refunding the amount in full, or going through a resolution service all the while being willing to ship back the product (with a return shipping label provided) or to turn the item to the postmaster for inspection for the claim. I also contacted the USPS claims department today and gave them the shipping label and they stated they had no claim filed for this item and that it is policy for the USPS to see physical evidence of the damage and being that the item is still sitting in my garage that has not transpired.
