wayne carter order#95875A,After two months I talked to a real person I told her only one cooktop worked and I was missing a set of cookware.The companty did replace the cooktop but if I wanted the cookware that they offerd as a free gift I would have to pay $67.00 and change for S&H on top of the $139.85 S&H I paid when I ordered the buy one get one free scam.these people are cons.

I would like to clarify a misunderstanding concerning the bonus cookware, however. In many cases, confusion about the cookware stems from a simple misunderstanding about having accepted the additional S&P charges in order to obtain the free gift. If you feel that you are still missing items from your order, send us an email with your complete order information to [email protected]. I will have our customer service managers compare your records with our own. Once I receive an update from them, I will pass along any relevant information to you.
