I ordered a purse and wallet which I was told was athentic coach but is so far from it, it is real sad. I ordered this on 9/25/2012 and I finally received it on 10/10/2012. I emailed them and told them I wanted to return it because it was not coach and I was very disappointed in it. The strap on it is plastic and the bag is sewn so poorly that it will not even zip. The wallet is all vinyl and is truley not coach and very sad. Well they emailed me back and said they do not take returns that I needed to give it as a gift and they would give me a big discount on another one. As if I would order anything from them again. They had taken the money out of my account on the 26th of September and it took till the 10 of October to get it. all the bags in that sight are $59.00. I sure wish someone would shut them down.
