received letter stating that i had inherited 3.750.000 euro and needed to pay activation fee as the account was dormant for 12 years once this was done then came the anti terriost clearance certificate and then the anti laundring certificate and then the tax fee and all this money was being paid bit by bit and now still 9000 euro still is owning and nothing in return can i get my money back
