I purchased two scoopon's each $39 and planned to have a treatment at musk hair & body- "service provider" with my daughter. When called to book appointment I was told that this option can not available at the time that I asked so I spoke to "service provider " over the phone and according to me I should call back to confirm date. In the mean time I was asked to provide scoopon number which I did. This is not the regular procedure but I did not ask further questions. When I checked scoopnon account I found that the voucher that I provided has been marked as used. I called "service provider " and was told that I am a "no show" therefore I used voucher. I tried to argue this decision and was told to write to scoopon as they will re-fund me. Please see correspondence with scoopon team. Hope you can help as I believe that I am unfairly treated considering that I was not aware about the booking in the first place. I beelive that I shoud be provided with the service that I paid for or receive refund.

Thank you for your response.
What you have advised I already knew (same story was told to me) and I am disputing that story. I am not a kind of person that do not show on appointments. The Provider doesn’t
have any prove that I was booked as there is no written correspondence. I also am questioning why I was asked to provide voucher number? No other providers have this practise. This brings me to a point to believe that The Provider actually planned this along
as she was overbooked. Unless I am credit for the first voucher I don’t want to support
this business and expect full refund. I booked two voucher so I can use the service with my daughter and The Provider could not accommodate this. The Provider is happy for me to be refunded as I was told inn the last correspondence so please can you
organise that. You can check my records history with the scoopon and you’ll see that I didn’t have any thing like that in the past.
I will seek assistance from the Consumer protection in the mean time as I would progress with this further.

Hi Lamija,
Thanks for your patience.
We have been in touch with the Deal Provider to discuss why you have been placed on a 'no show' list and your first voucher has been voided. The Deal Provider has advised that you cancelled and rescheduled your appointment several times and were ultimately a no-show to an appointment which was booked for September 25th. As you did not attend this scheduled booking your first Scoopon is considered void and non refundable.
Your second voucher however is still valid and the Deal Provider would be happy to book you in for another appointment to make use of this second Scoopon.

I purchased two deals with musk body with attention to have their service for myself and my daughter at the same time. When spoken to Courtney she advised that she is already booked until December therefore she cannot meet my request. We then discussed an option that I come on my own and use both deals. According to me we agreed that I will contact her an arrange an appointment which I did today. Today I have found out that Courtney has me on her "no show" list! I tried to explain to her that I cannot recall making any arrangements but she insisted that I did not show to appointment. So its her word against mine. She has already void one of the vouchers that I've purchased because when I called her first time she asked for the voucher number but I didn’t not make any appointments. I only phoned for enquiry. When I said to her that I am very disappointed with the accusation as I am not a "no show" person and that I don’t want to use her services she said " it is fine just call scoopon and they will refund you." To be honest I have been using scoopon for a years and this is the first time I have experience like this. I hope that you can assist with this issue please.
