Do not order from this company. I placed an order online and immediately my cc number was stolen - so they don't have a secure site. I received the product but no paperwork was included with the order. I wanted to return the item but no return address or telephone number was included. The website referred me to a 1-800 number(a recording) that referred me back to the website I was stuck in a vicious circle. I put a stop payment on the item through my cc company until I could get this straightened out - but no such luck. The puregreencoffe company sent a receipt to my cc company saying I received the product so pay up. Only through my cc company was I finally able to get a phone number (3 months later) now puregreencoffee won't let me return the factory sealed never opened item for a full refund because they say it's past the 30day return policy. HOW DID THEY EXPECT ME TO RETURN THE ITEM WITH NO PAPERWORK, TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS TO REACH THIS COMPANY??? After I finally got the number (a good number) and called the company they would not let me return the item or get a full refund. My cc company is rebilling me. It very sad to know there are companies out there doing business like this.
