this is what i have sent to them!!! You Have taken $79.90 OUT OF MY VISA card i have spoken with my bank I am pressing charges against your company for Theft! My husband had an account with you he borrowed i think 2 or 3 dvd's which were sent back from the Carrum Downs Post office and had cancelled the account not ONCE but TWICE as one of your so CALLED helpful staff fucked up!!! I want MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY and for NO further transactions to be taken out of my account I AM ALSO TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER. My husbands account email was (Personal Information Removed) his name was Colin Campbell D.o.b 13/07/1975. I expect someone to contact ME and fix this STRAIGHT away!!!! Will be making this a very public DISPUTE believe me!!!

I cancelled my account with them over 2 years ago. Last week I noticed a $14.99 charge against our Paypal account by them. Funny thing was they debited it against a Visa that was cancelled 12 months ago. Contacted Paypal who refunded the money into our Paypal account! Then had to tell Paypal that we hadn't actually lost any money because it was a cancelled Visa! Paypal, as yet, haven't been able to comprehend the fact they have refunded money to us that we didn't actually lose in the first place... duh!
Annoys me that I had to change all the passwords and security questions on all the accounts but best be safe than sorry. -
