WENT INTO THE STORE ELITE TILE AND STONE MET WITH OWNER JAMES BURKE PURCHASED TILE FLOORS, COUNTERS AND CARPET THRU OUT THE HOUSE. TILE FLLORS WERE INSTALED PART OF THE COUNTERS AND THEY WERE SUBSTANDARD AND NOT FINISHED AND NEVER EVER DELIVERED OR INSTALLED CARPET. CONTACTED THE STORE DAILY FOR A YEAR, OWNER WOULD MAKE MANY REPAYMENT PROMISES NEVER CAME THRU, OBTAINED CIVAL JUDGEMENT , AFTER RESEARCHING OWNER HAS PREVIOUS JUDMENTS FOR THE SAME PRACTICES, ALSO HAS SUSPENDED CONTRACOTRS LICSENSE AND BUSNIESS LICSESE. This practice continues. STAY AWAY FROM JAMES BURKE AND ELITE TILE AND STONE IN CATHEDRAL CITY, HES A SCAM!
