I got a phone call from this company stating my payday loan had been approved, after they got my bank routing number they said the money would be deposited into my account, it was never deposited, and they charged my account for a loan that was never made. I need help, I want to sue them for damages caused to my credit and they emotional distress this has caused me. I am disable and on a fixed income and this just put me in a further hole. Please help...
