I went onto their site to obtain information and was told I would have to register and for a 3 day period this would cost me $1.95. I supplied them with my credit card details, and logged in. The data they supplied was useless. The next thing I get an advice from my bank that they (getsupport.com) have billed me for $74.45.

- No I have not got my money back!!!! I tried going onto their site to complain to attempt to get the details of the "supposed transaction", but found that the site was down for maintenance. Maybe you know of another route I can follow to get the details of order number etc. from them, as credit card rules are that you have had to obtain details of the transaction, before they will act on your complaint.
