i solicited them to alleviate my tax burden. their representative constantly misplaced. my information. and tried to charge me additional funds after he forced me to mis my deadline. the manager was even less helpful. she defended the representatives incompetence. further more the monthly payment they negotiated for me was 4x the amount i had negotiated withn the irs. it went from 198 to the tax lifeboat amount of $800 mo.
