I don't recall purchasing a $60 bid pack + 1 spin yesterday but it is showing on my order history. Please remove this item. The only bids I purchased yesterday were the 5 pack vouchers that I bid on. The order ID is showing as 320783.

Three items ordered and paid for 6-4-11 are still in processing status. There's also two items that were won and paid for on 6-5-11 that are still in the processing status. I'm assuming that these have not even been shipped yet.

The site only shows that the shipping information was received. It does not show that the packages has shipped. In addition, it should only take 7-12 business days for the package to ship. If it was shipped June 21st, it has been 25 business days. Please investigate further.

My package still has not arrived. I won bids in June and supposedly they were shipped June 22nd. The tracking site says that the shipping information was received but does not show that it has shipped. I am very unsatisfied with this service. Please ensure that my items are shipped within 2 business days or credit my card appropriately.

So how can I get the items that I paid for? The fraudulence is on your part as I have not received the items purchased. So you have two choices. Ship the materials ordered or you will have to provide a refund. If you do not I will have no choice but to seek a legal resolution,

Yes, I have been doing that. The tracking still says that the shipment information was received 6-21-11. The package has never arrived at your shipping agent. Please let me know when you plan to actually ship the items. I've attached a screenshot for your review.
