I ordered the download on 10/11/12. I could not make heads or tails out of their instructions. Went to bed, got up the next morning and cannot contact the company via email or telephone. They have an address, listed above, but it is a residental area according to the Houston Police Department, who I called. The telephone number listed is for a lady who has nothing to do with this company (832-264-5577). She stated she doesn't even live in Texas and (her words) "I'm sick and tired of getting phone calls for this company". I would like a refund of my purchase price as I have never been able to download the program or getting what they called a program to run? Does anyone know how, or who you cantact to get the refund process going? There was a lady who stated she reeceived a full refund of $190.00 dollars but how? My order number was #U4776094601. Thank you.
