PacificAdvances retrieved 30.00 from my checking account with no authorization. I called them to find out who they were and told them that I never applied for a loan with them and they would continue to repeat that I have been pre-apporved for a cash loan and that if I don't receive the loan amount in 30 days to call back and they would reimburse me the $30. I told them I never applied and to reimburse now for those $30 and the only thing they would say is that they will apply the $30 towards the interest of the loan and send me a voucher of $100 for gas... I continued to ask for a manager which they never allowed me to speak to because no manager exist so they would hang up on me... I had to go to my bank and block my accounts. I am reporting them to BBB. This is insane...

same thing happened to me too. my bank is aware of this too and are taking actions against them for fraud. i'm hoping with all the complaints that some comes out this but i have the fear that they will just close the site down for a little, change the name and do this all over.
