WE BOOKED ON GROUPON. WE BOOKED FOR FRIDAY,SATURDAY, AND LEFT SUNDAY. I HAVE A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT AND MY DAUGHTER WAS COMING TO SEE US. WE WERE SO EXCITED SINCE MY DAYS CAN BE TRYING,PLUS WE LOVE TO SEE OUR DAUGHTER. THEY CHARGED US A CLEANING SUPPLY ON OUR CARD AFTER WE LEFTAS WELL!! THE FAN WAS BROKEN, THE AIR CONDITIONER HAD TO EITHER BE HOT AND QUIET..... OR TURN COLD AND IT MADE NOISES ALL NIGHT.!!!!!TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE,MY WIFE SLIPPED ON THE LEAKY FRIDGE WATER CRACKING HER HEAD ON A POINT ON A TABLE. SHE WAS KNOCKED UNCONSIOUS AND BLEEDING AND WHEN SHE CAME TO SHE HAD NOT ONLY A LUMP ON HER SKULL BUT HORRIBLE HEADACHE ,NOT TO MENTION THE VACATION RUINED DUE TO THEIR POOR CONDITION OF ROOM (LEAKY FRIDGE,FAN,A.C. NO MAID SERVICE ,YET CHARGED 46 DOLLARS FOR IT. WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THESE THINGS THREE TIMES. THE WORKER ON CALL SAID THE MANAGER NEVER WAS THERE EVERYTIME WE CALLED. WE LOST MONEY, VACATION TIME AND WHEN ASKED FOR A ACCIDENT REPORT CHECKING OUT !!!!!THEY SAID COME BACK IN THREE DAYS.(WE ARE OUT OF TOWN WE DONT LIVE THERE---- WE CALLED TO SAY MAIL IT. THE MANAGER SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ACCIDENT REPORTS. THIS IS UNLAWFUL. IF MY WIFE WERE TO HAVE PROBLEMS ,LIKE THE DOUBLE VISION SHE HAD YESTERDAY ,WE ARE GOING TO SUE. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.!!!

- The guest above claims to have slipped on water from the refrigerator. Our refrigerators are small apartment sized ones that do not have a water line going to them as they do not have an ice maker. If the door is left open it could cause condensation to drip from inside the fridge to the floor in front of it. The guest occupied the room for over 5 hours or more before they called the office to let us know they slipped. They did not call the after hours number on the back of the door that they were informed to call if they had any after hours issues. We are very sorry that we could not provide them a "accident report" as we have a no fault policy at our hotel. A signed registration at check in releases the Hotel from any injuries or losses. We could have sent someone out to look over your noisy AC if you would have called the correct number. Its unfortunate that you slipped and fell but we cannot be held responsible for accidents.
