Gary Richardson ripped me off! On September 26, 2012 at 3:11 pm insend in documentation to a Mr. Gary Richardson confirming my interest in a 15K loan. After receiving the documets, Mr. Richardson replied to my email and stated that he would have the doscuments reviewed right away; and also stating that he would follow-up with the loan release activation instructions. At 3:31 pm I then received another email from Mr. Richardson saying that they were currently reviewing my documents and that he would give me a call once the review is complete and they are ready to go ahead with my insurance activation and loan release. At 4:28 pm Mr. Richardson sent another email stating that they had finished the review and have given final approval to release my loan.

Included in the email was detailed instructions for paying my creditors insurance policy through MoneyPak's money transfer service. He stated I will be making payment with the Green Dot Money Pak reloadable load card (Noting) : there are several different types of load cards, and I will be purchasing the load card without the visa or mastercard logo. He also stated I would be loading the sum of $650 to submit payment for my insurance. Once funds have been transferred to the load card I would need to inform him of the 14 digit number on my load card for verification of my payment.He then asked that I fax over a copy of the card so that he could verify the payment and start the process for releasing the loan proceeds. He then stated my loan will be deposited into my account within 48 hours upon insurance activation.

On 10/1/12 at 10:15 am I emailed him my Green dot card and also email the numbers to the card to him. Since then I have been calling and emailing Mr. Richardson to see what is going on with the deposit to my account. At this time I have no longer heard anything from Mr Richardson to follow up with me about my loan.

At this point I am very upset because I did everything that was asked of me, I did. However I haven't heard anything or received anything and I am still waiting.
