This is a response I received from a company. So beware people....DON'T SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIALS..... IT'S A FREE TRIAL, IF I WANTED IT I WOULD OF CONTINUED... IT NEVER WORKED FROM THE GET GO, SO WHY WOULD I HAVE CONTINUED WITH SOMETHING THAT NEVER WORKED..... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Our records indicate that you registered for a free trial membership to BlueMountain.com on 01/31/2012. During your trial period, you were given free access to all of our content and member benefits, and you were free to cancel at any time without being
charged for continued membership.

Since we did not hear from you before your free trial was over, you were billed $3.99 a month for continued membership.

Our memberships are designed to automatically renew so that you enjoy continuous, uninterrupted service. (as described in our Terms of Sale when you ordered). Therefore, you have been monthly for your membership.

Per the terms of Sale states that monthly memberships are non refundable.

As requested, we have turned off the auto-renewal feature on your account. Your membership will expire on 10/27/2012.
