I ordered a Northface jacket on 10/4/12 and also paid an additional $10 for 2 day shipping. As of 10/12/12 I have received no package and no response to my many emails. No one answers at their toll free number ....just a recording. I researched & found NUMEROUS complaints through the Better Business Bureau of Coast Carolina. My complaint has been filed & I've disputed charges with my credit card company.
PLEASE...go to BBB of Coastal Carolina to file against them and have something done. This is ridiculous and angers me!
