I tried to get an online payday loan back in february,since I lost hours at work.Somehow 300 was deposited to my chase account and I had a signed contract with them.I tried calling their phone number but every time i was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered.They proceeded to take $90 out from than till June when my chase account overdrafted because of it.Now my parents house,my job,and my cell phone are being blown up by some asshole named jonathan edwards. he is claiming to file check fraud charges against me.I paid $100 tuesday thinking oh crap I don't want to get in trouble. I have since done research and found a site called 800notes.com with numerous people saying the same thing.My dad and I both called him back only to get screamed at and into arguments with him.He claims he is a collector for them and I never paid them and I signed a contract.When I asked him for his address he hung up the phone.I am now fighting to get my $100 back,we need to stop these freaking people i can't even explain how much of a headache this has been for me.
