it was suppose to be a free trial which $97.00 was charged to my charge acct.i never used the product because i was not able to it was to greasey for my skin type i called on 10 11 and ask for a refund they said no refund because i had the product to long. they then offered to send me something they thought would work for free i did not have to call an cancel and that was all there was to it it was totally free but thy would not cancel what was already charged to my account.
