After paying they provide a download for software called media crawler. There is an email address and password area to supposedly sign into media crawler, but just pressing the login button will sign you in. In the search area, none of the files that show up on their web site are available on media crawler. If you type in something generic, like a movie trailer, it will find it and download it.
