Got the same letter.... was about to pay but did not seem legit. No Phone #, nor real physical address... what gov't agency will only have a PO box. Googled it and found out was scam.
So I printed a fake check online. Wrote it out for $218 - no account #, no address... pay to the order of "Annual Business Fraud"...the memo "this check is as real as your letter" signed "F*** You"
