It is an online company claiming to assist you making money online from home. It is a complete scam and you cannot contact anyone after you have paid your money. They hacked into a friend of mine's email address and sent an email to me supposedly from her telling me what a great opportunity this was. I contacted her after the fact and she said they hacked her email.
