I ordered the 2 bottles of the free trials of Lisoskin products only to be told i had to pay a £20 customs charge to receive it from the post office!Then we went away on our Holidays for 11days only to find out they had then charged me a further two payments of £64 and £63 for creams that i didn't order & never received!!!!

- I ordered a free trial sample of liso skin priduct at a cost of just over four pounds for postage. I am shocked to realise that an amount of £64.64 pence has been withdrawn from my account for a product I didn't order and have not received.Ifeel so stupid but am even more dismayed to realise that Iam unable to put a block on my account to stop another unauthorised withdrawal if it should happen.

- Yes thats the same with me too as i rang my credit card people &they said they would have to try &ring Liso skin company to see why they charged me,then they then put me through to them so i could ask for a refund!As its even worse for me because i didn't even receive the samples &then they charged me twice after that!But to no avail the woman on the phone just kept saying that i had just got to receive the packages that they had charged me for Then i could ask for a refund!! As if that would happen when they were charging me to receive them!!! So my kind credit card people have said they will most likely get the charges back for me but not for the free sample postage,I said that would be absolutely fine!&it would take about 5 working days to happen,so far nothing yet but fingers crossed &yes i feel so very stupid about the whole thing &my husband is surprisingly quite understanding about it,then he gets told that he looks younger than his yrs where as i get told the oposite.Good luck to you Fiona.xx
