He is a fraud.
He agrees to package things to be done at a price, then denies that He committed to do it. I had him write down all the things to be done on paper contract to be done. I showed him the contract and He says He just put that down because I wanted those things.
He takes materials before the job is completely done.
He was screaming and arguing in the neighborhood, so that we would pay him what he wants to leave the subdivision.
He deceives people to get the job and then harasses by screaming and yelling to get the money before completing the job.
