I have also fallen for this scam and now they have left me overdrawn! Not at all happy and also have had to cancel my Debit Card and now waiting for it to arrive. I have sent them an email see below:
To whom it may concern,
I have notice that you have taken monies out of my bank account for a product that I have not had. I would appreciate that you return the full refund back into my account ASAP. I also have seen an article that your company are SCAMMING customers out of money with this offer. I have also informed trading standards regarding this and they are now investigating this. I would appreciate a reply within the next few days regarding refunding my money that you have taken illegally with out permission.
I too also ordered the trial offer just paying for the postage and packaging and now they have stung me. I really hope that this company get caught for taking money from innocent people!
