Watched a video claiming that for ONLY 9.95 we could begin speaking Spanish in 2 weeks. The $9.95 discs are great BUT I did NOT authorize any further charges, enroll in an membership, or agree to any further product. However, the company sent product anyway, refuses to provide return information. The company spent months trying to charge my account (just checking the account to see if there were funds). I did not recieve any bills in the mail or by e-mail and my confirmation for the order has NO information about this scam. I filed a complaint with my bank and had the funds returned, closed my account and have continued to try and work with the company but the company refuses to take their product back. It is unopened and still in the box. RIP OFF SCAM! I am not sure if my bank can allow charges to a closed bank account but I just received a notice in the mail that this closed account is on negative -$574.44. These rip off companies need laws written against them from doing this. There is ABSOLUTELY NO AGREEMENT I MADE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THESE TERMS.
