I received a call about a week ago telling me that I was being taken to court I a payday loan that I didn't pay. I was told that we could make a offer to make a payment and they would see what they could do. I told them to give me a week, because I was pretty sure that I paid this. When I talked to them today, I asked that they email me the copy name and information, because if it is the company that they are talking about I had made some payments and then they stop taking the payments in Aug. He told me to let him givbe me a approval code and pay it off. I could pay $400.00 and it would be paid in full. I told him if I owe it, I would make those arrangements, but I want to check the information first. I was told by a Mr. Miller that they cant send me information until after I pay it. Help...I dont want to pay if I already have.
