I sent an international bank transfer for an order from Legal Powders on 9/13/12. 630.00 plus 50.00 for shipping (680.00). Since then they have refused to give my money back or fulfill my order. The money was sent to Zhang Ji Kun Acct # 6216610500005035651 Bank of China Dalian Zhongshan Square Sub Branch. The order number was 5013784399. This website although very professional looking is a complete scam. I was under the impression that the powders for sale on this website were legal and various clones, or designer drugs etc. I also filed a complaint with IC3 and informed Legal Powders that I had done so. They only tried to dissuade me from it by threatening to help prosecute me!! They won't give my money back now, and I believe this is what they do. Get money from people and then threaten to get them in trouble. I only refered to the items in my order as clones, under the belief that they were legal. So I fear not getting into any trouble. These people need to get into trouble.
