My wife was very ill and this company called her and said Microsoft notified them that our computer was about to crash. I don't believe this could happen. She signed up for a two year service agreement to clean up our computer and maintain it for two years for $189.00. Our computer is two years old and we have never had any problems with it until these people got on it and there has been nothing but problems now. I called this company and asked for a refund and they took my phone number and called back in a few weeks and attempted to fix the computer, which didn't work, and I want a refund. I have taken the computer to a repair shop and had them removed and the computer is fine now. I had it erased and put back to the way it was before lets assist got into my computer, which cost me $108.00. When I looked at there website they state you can get a refund in 2 weeks if you are not satisfied and I did that and they avoid the situation.
