Escobar apartments harbors drug addicts and illegal activity including having homeless people fix her family cars and manages her apartment complaints and forces them to fix and repair all her propertys that she owns, which are to many to list in the state. She allows drugs and people to sleep on the property that dont belong here. There is also residents who are a threat to the pupblic and have had the police called on them, way to many times to list. She has prevented us from doing our laundry on site(which she made available when moved into the complex. She also has barred us from hanging out wet laundry on a clothesline that is in the backyard.I have been threatened from the tennants that she houses here at the apartments. This property doesnt even have safe lighting on the premises. The car port is the same story. I had to beg to get a car port in my complex which was available when the old tennant moved out, he left his space. So i recommend if you have any thoughts about renting from these people. DONT TO IT!
