I ordered a trench coat from DailyShop.com. They notified me that the coat I ordered was no longer available in the color and size I wanted. I asked if they could switch to a different size, same color. I was told they could, that it would be processed under a new order number and it would be shipped "soon."
I have already been charged for the original order. When I log in to my account on that website, the new order is not there. I have attempted to contact them three times to find out the status of the new order, if it has been processed and when I can expect it since I already paid for it.
I could not find any phone numbers on the website, only email addresses. They have yet to email me back.
I feel I have been scammed and I want my $37.99 back so I can use it elsewhere.
