I was invited to try a free sample of sylk skin back in early Aug...however the sample was not sent until September when I was away and my sister not knowing what it was had to pay GBP19.38 for charges . Even it was a free sample but the invoice enclosed was for 89.95 ??????

- I have had the same experience. Paid for the postage and received a card from Post Office saying that 2 x £9.98 was due. I don't think so! I have emailed 4 times to ask for a refund and was emailed a number to call, in the USA! Any ideas what to do next?
