I to ordered the FREE trial and paid the post which seemed reasonable. However they did not bring it to my attention that it was a scam hiden on the site relying on most people not reading the small print full. I did spot the pamflet sent with the goods.

I imediately tried to contact them but all phone numbers failed to answer.

I went on there web site and filled in the page to counsel at;

Please note you are still required to pay for the products you have received after your 14 day trial period. We do however appreciate it’s not always easy to get to a post office and that some people sign up to our offers without actually reading the terms.

I did not open the items so will send them back. I also contacted my credit card to advise them of the problem who told me to write to them with emails stating I had counselled the purchases and send them confirmation ofthe emails. They were most helpful

I think it should be law that there should be no hidden contracts in FREE offers. They should be clear and unambiguous at the start.
