I know I started filling out information on the USPS website and when I went to the link to change my address I guess it took me away from USPS and I got charged $9.95. I've moved several times in the past year and when I received the e-mai notification 1 day later for $9.95 and not $1.00 I realized I got scammed. Not happy at all!

I'm sorry that you feel like we here at mychangeaddress.com are trying to deceive you. We have tried our best to make sure the website does not look anything like the USPS website. In fact we state at the top of the page that we have no affiliation with the government service.
In the first paragraph it states:
"Please note that MyChangeAddress is a private business entity
that facilitates the address change request process for its users and is not affiliated with the Post Office."
Before we bill a customer they must first check a button that informs them that their credit card is going to be billed $9.95. We also offer users the opportunity to subscribe to FREE trials for home services and when they do so their change of address is processed for free.
In conclusion, if someone has changed their address thru mychangeaddress and would like to cancel their transaction please email me at [email protected].
