I started a 5 day membership then cancelled payments and membership. Now 149.94 has been taken from my card, although I have no membership and cannot sign into the website. They are standing behind their terms and conditions as they know that most people will not have kept records of the cancellation of their payments. They are refusing to refund me. When I told them I could not sign into my account they immediately reinstated it and said it had been there all along.
