I inquired about the grant info and agreed to the 2.97 fee. When I realized they were going to charge me on a monthly basis, I called and cancelled. I have since been charged 149.00. I called the company today and spoke with Geraldine, she has cancelled the account and told me an email would follow that i should fill out to get a refund for the unauthorized charges. It has been 1 hour since this call was made, and yet no email.
