I ordered the 2 week free trial (£2.49 shipping cost) of the slimtone plus tablets. I found they weren't suiting me so I phoned and cancelled. I then found that £75 had been taken from my bank account. I phoned this morning and spoke to the rudest advisor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and was basically called a liar!! There was no record of my call on their system (how convenient!!) and I would have been told to return any unused tablets (I wasn't told this otherwise I would have done). I told them I would report them to trading standards and was told to go ahead and do so. I have emailed them complaining about their advisors attitude and demanding my money back or I will take it further. These people are ripping us off and need exposing. Judging by the number of complaints it looks as though I won't be getting my money back any time soon if at all!!! Does anyone know how I can take this further please??? Thanks
